All In Music Pool is a promotional record pool for working DJs. By joining the pool or using this site, you agree to the terms below.

What the pool is
All In Music Pool (“All In,” “we,” “us”) delivers monthly collections of music to DJs for promotional and performance use. Membership is month to month under the Latin or Club package described on the home page. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any record label, artist, distributor, or DJ software company. All artist names, song titles, and label names belong to their respective owners.
Promotional use only
Music supplied through the pool is provided to members for DJ promotion and live performance. It is not for sale and may not be resold, traded, re-uploaded, shared, posted publicly, included in another service, or distributed in any other way. Each membership is for one DJ. Sharing your access, download links, or files with anyone else, including other DJs, ends your membership without refund.
Members are responsible for holding any performance licenses required where they play. All In does not grant public performance, synchronization, or broadcast rights, and nothing in the pool replaces a license from the relevant rights organization.
Copyright and takedown requests
All recordings remain the property of their copyright owners. We respect those rights and make music available in the spirit of the promotional record pool tradition. If you are a rights holder and believe a recording is being distributed through the pool without authorization, email aim.musicpool@gmail.com with the title, the artist, and proof that you hold or represent the rights. We will remove the recording promptly.
Membership and payment
Membership is billed monthly at the package price shown on the site. Payment covers the month purchased. Because music is delivered digitally and cannot be returned, payments are not refundable once that month’s crate has been delivered. Previous months from the archive may be purchased by members at the regular package price and are subject to the same terms.
Track counts listed on the site (such as 80 to 90 or 300 to 320 per month) are typical ranges, not guarantees. The exact number, the genres, and the mix of tracks and remixes vary from month to month depending on what is released.
Referral credit
When a DJ you refer joins the pool and pays for their first month, you receive one month of your current package free. Credits are applied to the referring member’s next billing month, cannot be exchanged for cash, and require the new member to mention your name when they join.
Ending a membership
You can stop at any time by letting us know by email; your access ends with the last month you paid for. We may suspend or end a membership that breaks these terms, including any form of redistribution, without refund.
No warranty
The pool and this website are provided “as is.” We do our best to deliver every month on time and at high quality, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that any particular track will be included, or that files will be compatible with every player or setup. To the fullest extent allowed by law, All In Music Pool is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the pool or the music supplied through it.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. Continuing your membership after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
